1. Controller and contact

Tourixy is responsible for the processing described here. Contact info@tourixy.com with any privacy question.

2. Data we process

We process data you provide when creating an account, signing in or contacting us, such as your name, email and profile, as well as trips, dates, saved places, preferences and technical data needed for security and operation.

3. Mobile app and permissions

The app accesses photos only when you choose an image for a trip memory. It does not request continuous access to location, microphone or camera.

Your session is held in secure storage. Itineraries may keep an account-linked local copy for fast or offline access; it is removed when you delete the account in the app.

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Create and protect your account and session.
• Save and sync trips and places.
• Provide support and answer requests.
• Prevent fraud, errors and harmful use.
• Measure and improve Tourixy where there is a legitimate basis or consent.

5. Google and Apple sign-in

If you use an external provider, we receive the basic data you authorise, usually an account ID, name, email and avatar. Tourixy never receives your Google or Apple password.

6. Providers, external content and transfers

We use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, analytics, security, maps, routing and geographic data. They receive only what is needed, with applicable safeguards for international transfers.

Maps, videos, travel providers and affiliates apply their own policies when opened. App product analytics is not enabled without the required preference.

7. Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active or as needed for the service and legal duties. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

8. Your rights and account deletion

Request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability at info@tourixy.com and complain to the relevant authority.

Delete your account under Profile → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, start at the account deletion page. Some blocked data may be retained temporarily for security or legal duties.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when the service or applicable duties change. The effective date appears above.
