Delete a Tourixy account
You can delete your account and data in the app or request deletion if the app is no longer installed.

Delete it in the app
Open Tourixy, go to Profile and choose Delete account. Confirm the account email to prevent accidental deletion. The app signs you out when complete.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@tourixy.com from the account address with the subject “Delete my Tourixy account”. Never include your password. We may request reasonable identity verification.
What is deleted
We delete the account and erase or anonymise its profile, saved items and linked private files. Data temporarily required by law or security is blocked and deleted when that period ends.
