1. The service

Tourixy helps you discover destinations, save places and organise trips. Features may evolve to improve the service, security or experience.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorised access. You are responsible for account activity unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Account and service messages

We may send essential emails for verification, password recovery, security and operational changes. These are not advertising.

Creating an account does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Marketing email requires prior, express and separate consent.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Tourixy for illegal activity, unauthorised access, interference, malicious code or abusive content extraction.

5. Travel information

Recommendations are informational. Check times, prices, entry rules, safety and availability with official sources or providers before travelling.

6. Content and intellectual property

Tourixy and its original elements are protected. Third-party brands, images and content belong to their owners and are used under applicable licences or permission.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may maintain, fix or temporarily limit features.

8. Liability

Tourixy does not replace traveller judgement or the services of agencies, carriers, accommodation providers or authorities. Liability is limited as far as the law allows.
